I need help with Chargers!

I started using the Kelp Splatter scope a little while ago and I think I'm ok with it and recently I've been using the E-Liter 3k scope and I like it. I was wondering if any charger specialists could give me some tips? ( I've seen the SquidKids video on chargers )

If you just want general tips that video should have them all covered, if there's something more specific you're having troubles with we'll need to now before we can help you, some times just noticing what you're having trouble with is enough to know what to do about it, take a second while you play to think about where your enemies could be and where you should be to beat them.
I'm afraid tips won't be much of a shortcut to get better at the game, they can help when you are having troubles with something specific or with the basics of a weapon but in the end nothing beats practice.

If you have the squid girl amiibo, practicing in single player can be really helpful.

Also, just to second @Ber, nothing beats just playing it for real.

Well I have a bit of trouble against other snipers because I'm thinking of killing them instead of my positioning, I find snaping snipes can be difficult and I'm not very good at sniping falling opponents

Practice in the weapon test area on the punching bags. Also, get some damage up gear so you don't need to fully charge.
