Image Size?

Hey all,

I want to show some pictures of my stay in Japan but everytime I try the forum says images are too large. Currently only have my phone so I'd appreciate an alternative if anyone has ideas.

I wish I could help because I want to see the pictures but I only know the settings part. which if you have a diffrent size for it u can try that?
