How long could 4 Brellas with shields up hold a tower push during tower control?

Well, if they are alternating turns on the tower until that person shield breaks and jumps off when the other one goes on, giving that there only attacking from the front(because they would die otherwise.), I'd say a very long time because of the cycling ability.

Does anything affect the duration the Brella shield remains active before firing, or how much damage it can take before breaking?
