The bracket is being fixed as we speak. It is being reverted back to the old bracket. We are also replacing HBSF (Hard body swag force) with another squad because HBSF decided to drop out.

Yes. As long as both teams for the rounds are ready to go, you can do that.

"Ready to play rule: Should both teams be ready and willing to play the next round, they are allowed to do so ahead of schedule." ~From the official schedule.

Although, assuming private lobbies are not allowed, you should have plenty of time to get the matches done.

I went ahead and did my own research, and I think I'm right, but I'm not 100% sure.

But the EU Splatfest takes place during the same timeframe as the NA one, because of Timezones. Right?

EDIT: Yeah, so basically the EU Splatfest starts at 7 PM CEST, or 10 AM PT. The NA Splatfest begins at 9PM PT on 8/7, and the EU Splatfest will end on 8/9 at 10 AM PT. So, about 36 hours where there will be splatfest conflicts. With an extra day for the first round, that gives 1 full day after the splatfest for the first round. I think that's doable.
