anyways, how are you guys doing in the current gameplay climate? tbh its awesome that we were finally acknowledged as a weapon that exists in the patch notes LMAO

Love to be a woomy going zoomy, so the speed buff is appreciated.

Though I still feel they need to lessen the knockback from bumping into people while rolling; it just feels like a relic of when the weapon was considered a Roller. It remains my least favorite aspect of the weapon that finding someone sharking with it sends you 10 miles out of range of hitting the person you just found.

REAL the knockback is fun during squidparties but that's it i love getting pushed away from someone while they shoot me and I can't do anything/s

my build is a diabolical amount of qr + some swim speed and qsj, it is disgusting during splatfests and i wouldn't want it any other way

Similar here. Loved inkbrush since the S3 premiere and played it majority of the time since then. Recently got 5*.

But mashing has gotten not as fun now, I can still do it, but ehhh... Exploring dualies now cause I think they're really cool.

Inkbrush is my most beloved weapon and I cherish the brushy very much. Splat 3 is my first splatoon game, and when I picked up the inkbrush It's just kind of stuck with me. Not kidding when I say I think it has genuinely made me better at mashing and jitterclicking lmao

Inkbrush has been a weapon I hold close to me, I can come back to it anytime since I mostly used inkbrush in the limited time I played Splatoon 2.
I only REALLY got into Splatoon in 3, and used inkbrush for most of my early times, but I eventually started using a lot more weapons, despite that, I will always feel confident going back to it.

I've been an inkbrush main, almost one trick, since like 2018. I can't enjoy any other weapon as much as the brush. S3 maps and cooler meta did make things a bit more rough for me, but everytime I try to pick up a new weapon I just end up going back to inkbrush.
I'm really grateful for the buff too. I've always had bad habits with my ink management, so that small ink efficiency buff did wonders for me haha. The extra speed is nice: while it's not super noticeable, in the little moments where it is, it feels great
