The fact that there's a cap on ink turfed is actually pretty surprising. Unless you caught this guy at an extremely lucky time.

Well they have to cap it somewhere :\ they could add up to 3 more digits but why bother.

Reminds me when I somehow got three Defense sub-abilities on the same piece of Gear.

It's not hacking, you just have to get REALLY lucky with the RNG.
