Looking for a competitive squad/team/mentor!

Yo!
The name's Leon. I'm looking for a competitive Splatoon 2 team! I have an image below that basically sums up what I do:

So, overall, I'm Leon, a 15 year old guy looking to join a Splatoon 2 team, clan, squad... whatever, basically! Perhaps even getting coaching/a mentor, too. I play mostly long-range weapons like Splatterscope, Rapid Blaster, Jet Squelcher, Slosher, but now and then I can pick up the Splattershot Jr. Custom or Splat Brella and have a few good rounds.

I'm not quite sure what to do other than this, but if it comes to mind, I'll update this! Thanks for reading!
