Looking for good players to team with

I'm an adult looking for some good players to play with. I keep getting stuck with having to pull the weight of my team in solo play or end up losing from people scoring no higher than 500

Anyone interested? I usually pull a score between 900-1400. :) new to these boards and I'm using my phone so I'm trying to figure it all out itd be nice to actually make some friends through splatoon :)
