Looking for TOs

I am looking for people who would be interested in helping to run a unique Splatoon tournament called Ink³Fest. What makes it unique is that it uses a format inspired by tricolor battles, where 3 teams compete at the same time in a rotating 4v2+2 format.
Previous experience as a TO is helpful but not required as I will train you, the only thing is that you must be over 18 or of legal age in your local jurisdiction.

alot of players/fans of the Splatoon series are not 18 the fans start out when they are under 13 then players (like me) started playing at age 12

so this jurisdiction sounds both sus and stupid
