Splatoon 2 Luna Blaster Skill setup?

Hi guys, newbie to the Splatoon scene here trying to improve my game a little bit. I apologize if this has been asked already, but what would the ideal skill setup for someone who likes to CQC with a Luna? I'm thinking Ink Saver (Main), Swim Speed and Ink Resistance would be best, but I'm not really experienced enough yet to trust my own decisions completely. I'm also considering Ninja Squid, but not sure if the lessened swim speed is worth it.

Also, just as a side question, are there other Blasters unlocked at higher levels worth checking out if I enjoy the Luna kind of playstyle?

You can trust yourself, for Swim Speed, Ink Resist, and Ninja Squid are definitely the right abilitys for getting up close and personal. The latter does reduce your speed but I'd say it's worth it as long as you also use swim speed.

There is the Clash Blaster unlocked at Lv.30 that's kinda similar with a faster fire rate and slightly more range but less damage.

You can't go wrong with it, but I personally always try not to use it.

Kagutso, probably the best luna blaster in the game right now, runs nothing but comeback and quick respawn. I don't know why.
