Mayo won, and what that Means for Pearl vs Mariana

So, Mayo won.
Yeah.
I was happy, but here's the thing:
This exact same thing will happen with the Pearl and Mariana splatfest.
All this hate on pearl means that the team will be incredibly small!
So, if Mariana REALLY is to win, Pearl needs more popularity.

I could be wrong but I don't think they'll recycle something like that.

I think it would be cool to have the final Splatfest to be a two-parter.

Off the Hook vs Squid Sisters first. Then if Off the Hook wins, we get Pearl vs Marina. If the Squid Sisters win, we get THE REMATCH: Callie vs Marie.
So the best squid can be a two-time champion...

I'm gonna be curt here and say that the second part of that is a bad idea. That's exactly what drove them apart in the first place. That would make all the work Agent 4 did completely obsolete. Frankly, I think picking favorites when it comes to people like the Squid Sisters just shouldn't really be a thing. They clearly work best together, so why have only one without the other?

That's my prediction. The results would be much more even than Pearl vs. Marina in all likelihood.
