So I've been watching JEXEEX Recently, and noticed that he is using a color mod I was wondering if these kind of mods were legal? Also, if so, if anyone knows how to do them, I would appreciate it.

I think it's just post-production rather than altering the ink color on his Switch

Are you sure because in His video it shows the Easter fest Colors and the sprinkles on anarchy. Also, how would you do that?
