I'd like suction bomb and trizooka tbh. Inkjet was fun and all but since Ballpoint got it, I feel liike Trizooka would be better and would help it's weakness against chargers

Ink Mines + Missles is probably my ideal Naut kit

i really like the idea of curling bomb on it honestly, being able to move forward quickly with a charge hold sounds really crazy for it i think. curling+zooka is my personal ideal kit since curling would also have good synergy with zooka

I want Crab-- I honestly have no idea what Sub I want, since Naut is one of those "I'll use my entire ink tank on my main" weapons... I'd honestly be down for something out of left field like Autobomb/Crab! But if we get something a little standard like Suction/Trizooka, I'm really not opposed.

as for subs.... i don't really know which one i would want "best", so i just made a tierlist

suction bomb is great for the weapon, but fizzy bomb is just such a fantastic sub

i think any sub they give it is going to be at worst middling (except for mist) because naut is such a main-focused weapon, but any of those top 2 tiers are going to more than enough for it

...i'm only now realizing that those are all just bombs LOL

Hey, it's how the game's balanced! I can't fault you for it. Somehow I think Fizzy/Inkjet is gonna be more than a little unlikely, but I never say never, especially not with the devs on this game.
