It looks like the Tentatek shoes in the screenshot (41).png!
They’re called the Sesame salt 270s

I thought the same at first...
But Japan has an upcoming Nike-sponsored Splatfest: most recent shoes vs most popular shoes or something to that effect. I think it's related to that.
