I liked that old dark blue color, but I admit this shade of blue is a lot more appealing.

I love that new sky blue and am indifferent to that darker shade of cobalt. The only new color I am not a fan of is that gross booger green color.

Nope, I've noticed more hues of certain colors since the update. There seems to be a lighter version and darker version of the old colors.

There's a new green and magenta that all Squad Battles are played in.

As far as I can tell, yes. The magenta is the same colour as the lobby's Squad Battle button, so it's meant to be the Squad Battle colour.
