I currently have every piece of gear available but I can list my current loadout.

Squid Hairclip - Swim Speed up _ run speed up , Ink saver Main, Ink Recovery Up
White Anchor Tee - Ninja Squid _ Damage up x2, Run Speed Up
Neon Sea Slugs - Ink Resistance _ Ink Recovery Up x2, Ink saver Main

Both of you have great stats :D. I think I read somewhere though that Damage Up and Defense Up don't change the amount of shots required to splat someone or get splatted by any weapon. Could be wrong tho.

Hmm i think its for those nonsweet spot hits, like the edge of a roller ink spray vs head on. Or a blaster radius blast. Also i think it helps a bit since you have to factor in the damage a enemy takes for being in your ink. bleh i dont know how to explain it properly without chatterboxing away >_<
