There is only a Japanese version right now, though it's still useable (I've logged in and can see my gear and records for various weapons, and a weekly score/ranking for the two gamemodes - it also shows friends playing online (I think)) - presumably an English version will follow.

Whoa, that's pretty nifty. It even shows people what your current set is, and I'm guessing how many points you got during the day in turf/ranked? And something about a player card. Can't wait to use this in English.

Here's what google translate makes of the text on the player ranking page:

From what I can tell you are just ranked relative to your friends.
