Work schedule shouldn't really be a problem since as of right now we've been pretty flexible with our own schedules as well. As long as you can make some sort of room to practice during the weekend and can show up to any commitments you've made to tournaments it won't be a bother.

Most of us are in UTC -5/6 but one of our members is UTC +7 and we're usually all available unless we're studying or asleep.
