Partying/lobby with friends?

Why isn't their a seperate party system so we can seach for a game together, so our friend/s doesn't have to wait 3 minutes for the game to end when we've only just entered the game search together?

Why is it when we finally do get to play together with a friend can't we play on the same team?

p.s.not talking about the private battle or online lounge
