I'm looking to get better with pencil and even though pencil is in the meta I don't really see much competitive content from a player POV. Q, Dizzy, and Tobey are a few I can name but I cannot actually find any content from a pencil player. It's kinda hard to learn how to play the weapon correctly if nobody is showing it.
