people who are AUDIBLY affected by splattercolor screen, why is it and how does it feel like?

i just want to know because i just dont understand how the sound could affect anyone. i am visually affected by it, so i know what thats like, but i want to know what the SOUND does to some people.

I have misophonia (look it up) and it’s pretty bad. whenever I hear someone chewing or breathing, I physically jolt and get annoyed and angry, not because of the sound, that’s just how the thing works. The best way I can explain it is getting struck by lightning without the pain. I don’t get affected by screen, but I assume this is how people feel who get affected by it audibly but without the jolt

I dont have any disabilities, but if I have a headache while I'm playing and I get hit by it, my headache spikes and starts hurting REALLY bad
