Personally, the playable Octolings were never really a point I cared too much about. I do like the designs for them quite a bit though, especially them both having slightly different eye patterns. But honestly, I'm sticking to my Inkling, I just like the Inkling Boy bowl cut bangs too much. It is Korean AF and honestly isn't too far off my IRL hairstyle. Might goof around with the playable Octoling a little for fun, but my current look will still by by usual.
That being said, I'm far more excited about the actual content. Extra levels, seemingly more difficult and with variable objectives and challenges. More lore details to the ever expanding Splatoon-iverse.
Though, I'm am curious if the Splatoon team have anymore plans for payed DLC in the future.
