Well just removing those no longer here. Dean got nearly all of it on the op so it would look like this:

A team of 7 and a team of 6. You were all place according your time zones. except Geecee who since Kitty is around maybe you wanted to play with her, that and to balance the Na and EU teams. Star is the cocaptain of NA, Who wants to be co captain of EU? Also is everyone ok with this setup?
