Preferred Voice Chat?

Does the community have a preferred chat method? I know tf2 uses Mumble, for example.
I wasn't sure if something has been decided

At this point, no.

However, there is a lot of threads setting up Skype or teamspeak chat.

I know the subreddit for Splatoon has set up a Discord chat, as well as a few other communities and groups. In my limited experience with it, it works pretty well.

I prefer Skype since most everyone has one.

In another gaming community I'm in, everyone uses Skype. Even though the program itself is pretty awful, it at least gets the job done.
