Argh it is so annoying getting a good 3-star gearing then getting a crappy ability at the end like Special saver or something. Glad this is an option.

Correct. So it's approximately 20-25 matches per reroll, and the odds are pretty low you'll get the exact combination you want. Isn't grinding in a multiplayer game fun?
