That wouldn't per chance have been in Depot, was it? That sort of thing happens to me non-stop, but Depot has got to be the worst offender of them all. My favorite was when I was at the zone, alone, with the Permanent Inkbrush, while the enemy team had control of the zone and I was trading ink with one of them trying to claim it and my whole team walked PAST the zone, up to the enemy base....on the OPPOSITE size. And then kept SJing to each other up there. I went like 3/12 and they no doubt blamed me for the loss despite me being the only one actually applying ink to the zone.but honestly, i have more general issues with my team in s+ than i do in s. it seems like everyone just goes straight for kills, and while yeah theyre important and i often end up w the most in the lobby, i dont just completely ignore the objective in the meantime. for example, being left to protect the zone against two people while the rest of my teammates chased after a charger close to their spawn.............
My other favorite was AnchoV, I had Krak-on, I got entry into their base and had most of their team penned in in the hall/ramp inside their base except for one squid harassing my team at the zone. All 3 of my team were standing NEXT to the enemy controlled zone as the clock ran down....dueling with ONE squid. Not one of them stopped to claim the zone. I had to abandon the enemy base and my position penning them in to run down to mid and go paint the thing myself. Of course we lost. o_O
Yes, absolutely, all the time! That's depressing that S+ is like that too!there have been more games that i can count that when i die, everything just goes wrong. we get the zone, i die, they get the zone, i take back the zone, i die, they take the zone............. like. where is my team when this is happening!! i guess thats always gonna be a problem though, unless youre good enough to basically just carry your team through every game then youre gonna have to trust that your team knows what theyre doing and they wont mess up.
