N-ZAP 89 is the only one I can't find an S+ player exclusive video on, but Key used it against SS-S in Calamari Cup. Not sure what his abilities were, but they were wearing Fake Contacts, Sailor-Stripe Tee, and not sure on the shoes...
The only
Custom Splattershot Jr. video I could find has
interesting gear. They don't main the weapon as their channel has them using Splattershot Pro Forge and NZAP 85, too.
There's lots of Krak-on/.96 gal deco users in general though. There's probably 3 common types of krak-on rollers. Stacking swim speed seems to be popular overall, though I've seen a lot of people stacking quick respawn or special charge up as well. I find the odd one that uses 3 def mains every now. I know this one guy used I think swim speed hat, ninja squid, and stealth jump for SZ Moray in a tournament.
A lot of the .96 gd I run into have some sort of Def Up build, like 2 mains and ink res or straight up 3 mains. I think the crazy ones I've seen are perfect defense hat/shirt and ink res with 3x def subs. There's a few that mix in ink saver main and/or ink recovery as well.
Just keep in mind that gear is also about your playstyle and that you can get to S+ using garbo equips.
