(If you don't know what ping is, it's the time it takes for your device to connect to another device over the internet. On to the thread!)

I'm seriously sick of playing with people who are lagging so hard they're practically invincible. Up until now, I was putting up with it, but I just played a match with someone who's internet connection was so bad that at one point he started Super Jumping so I waited by where he was going to land to camp it.
I then die randomly and the game says he's the one who killed me.
Then the camera zooms over to where he was...
He just started Super Jumping out of his spawn...
Then he teleported to where I died.

The strangest part was, the name wasn't foreign or anything (It used Latin characters and seemed like an American name) so I have to assume he was fairly local (Not the other side of the world or anything).

And if you think it's my connection that's bad, here's a few speedtests (I live in LA):
1. to LA (Closest possible server based on ping)

2. to New York.

3. to London.

4. to Osaka.

I don't even want the ping to have to be 40 ms or anything, just a maximum of 250 ms would be fine. But over 5000 ms of lag isn't acceptable, especially not for the more competitive game-modes.

So please: If you're using dial-up, don't try to play games online... Please.
