Splatoon Clanning?

I've been thinking about this a lot. Do you guys think Splatoon will have a competitive clanning community? I feel like it definitely could, clans would probably fit well into this game (ex. 4vs4 online matches, Team A vs Team B). Let me know what you guys think!
