confirmed by the Splatoon of Japan Twitter account they said the octobrush neouvea (can't spell) lands today this is exactly what they put
It's sudden but today at 7pm the Hokusai Hugh (translated to octobrush neouvea) lands we wanted to invite you to the swanky and painted beginnings of the new weapons in the new year.
The sub and special information got a little lost in the translaters saying that the sub was a splash bomb and the special was a super shot. Which we all know is false.
We know why it lands suddenly as tonight the fit vs rich Splatfest begins for EU and Australia and crosses over the Saturday update this the early release here are timings.

America- 8 hours ago they said tomorrow morning but American time zones are confusing with all the states and what not
