Status of the Roller(s)?

TL;DR I haven't played Splatoon in a while. Last time I played was when that uproar occured when the Rollers got mega-nerfed. I know they got de-nerfed, but what's the current status of 'em? Have they been nerfed again since then? I mained Roller back in the day, so I don't wanna get a nasty surprise along with a side of crushed hopes.

Carbon got their burst bombs nerfed and Dynamos got their swim speeds slowed 10% but that's it.

I feel like they're everywhere. Yesterday on rainmaker, My team mhd me (A Carbon), another Carbon and a Dynamo, and the other team had three carbons (A couple were decos I think).

Wtf.

It's common for there to be 2-3 rollers on a team.
