Updated the guide to include router information, as well as the specific models of router and switch I've used with success at events.

New edits:
  • Added another compatible ethernet adapter
  • Corrected power plug guidance to reflect the need for router(s)
  • Updated wifi guidance to discourage using The Shoal over wifi, based on recent experience
