team comps & win conditions

I think I'm getting to the point where I'm starting to be aware of where my teammates are during a match, but when I look at where we are I don't really know what to do about it given our weapons. At the start of a match, how do you look at the team comp and figure out how you should be playing together?

i put "win conditions" in the title because i remember gem saying a thing about identifying win conditions at the start of a match and i think it might be related to this
