Is getting 50 kills in a game even possible from a stastical viewpoint? Someone could probably try it in a private match, but even then you have to factor in the respawn time, kill power of the weapon you're using, swim speed, etc.

In an actual match I highy doubt it.

In order to get 50 splats your opponents would have to be mind boggling bad. Like, keep stepping out of spawn, without pressing button, type of bad.
Now you would need to have the most incompetent teammates in the world that flat out didn’t know there was an objective, thus letting it go the full match and in OT.

Long story short... yep totally possible, aim for 60

That's why this "theory," if you can all it that, is so ridiculous. It falls so far outside of the realm of possibilities that it may as well be under discussion by the noble lineage of the Elven Royal Family in the land of Rivendell. A truly top player would worry less about scoring ridiculous goals and simply try to be a good teammate. Everything else will fall into place as a matter of continued practice.
