Tenacity is one of those choices you pick if you often find yourself alive and you're team is dead. This is kind of rare, but caters well to things like a charger, or something more slippery that doesn't die often.
The more you live, the more you get out of it. But your team has to be dyin too, so you gotta have something to make up for it.
Personally, I like Tenacity, but I'm also a fan of Come-Back (which is more reliable since it relies on your own death and not your team).
So, I mean, it's "alright", considering it adds some charge and helps you build up special on things like .96, Tentatek, Krak-On Roller. Honestly, I'd say the "safety" in the choice because you don't have to make plays right away. You can legit just wait.
Now, that said, the aggressive options tend to be my favorite. It comes down to personal preference. I wouldn't read too much into it.
