top Japanese players

Anyone know how to find the top players/teams in Japan? I only know a very small amount of Japanese, but even ignoring that I don't even know where I would start looking (same for Western teams tbh). where can I find these teams and their gameplay

uhh tbh for jp it can be pretty hard lol, are you looking for specific weapons? if you just want top gameplay area cup is a good starting point

for western teams the end-of-season sendouq team leaderboard tends to be pretty accurate
