First off, please don't hate me if you look and instantly say "I use a roller and kill Splatling users all the time!" Because that's your skill, not the generic system. The generic system is based on how fast you can move while using a weapon, the range of the weapon, the accuracy, and the STK (Second to Kill). In the case of Splatling vs Roller: Splatling's far superior range defeats Roller's STK of 0. In the case of Charger vs Splatling, though, the Charger's STK beats the Splatling's charge-time-to-accuracy ratio.
