TV Motion Controls not working.

(JUST got my Switch today)
I put that little TV in the dock and motion controls don't work. It USED to work a while ago.

I can't "shoot stick" to save my life.... halp.

I had this too, for a while. Then it magically fixed itself.

Maybe you forgot to turn motion controls back on?

Nope it's on... and not working. Both settings remain on.

Maybe the sensing is low? That happened to me when I first bought the game and I fixed it like that.

Nope. And it pitches my head down too.

The one that came with the package.

It worked for about 4 hours when i got the game and then stopped working altogether.

My handheld motion controls just farked and i had to "reinitialize with save" to get it back.

Ergh. I looked before this and nothing is even there...

I'd rather not... I'd rather spend 100 bucks for joycons for it MAYBE working.

yeah, i'm afraid your switch has a defect.
Your using the joycon grip controller?

I had to dig through a couple of badly-titled links to get there, but eventually got a phone number: 1-800-255-3700

I had them repair my joy-cons as well, and the whole process was quick and smooth. It's just their website that's awful.
