Well anyone can stream. And I think you'll see just that on Twitch when the game comes around.

i can't remember if smashboards has it, but tf.tv have a streaming section for their site, i'd like to see something like that up there with shoutbox/guides/members and whatnot. that'd be pretty nice for once the game comes out!
