I casually mentioned to my brother that you were able to finagle a Wii Remote onto a Wii U Pro Controller to get motion controls in the Splatoon 1 Battle Dojo, and he didn’t believe me lmao. So, we played it. It was pretty stupid, in a fun way. I like the 1v1 concept, the canned specials, and the random spawn locations — I felt like it rewarded clever use of the stage design. Unfortunately, it runs at like 23 frames per second lol. I think it would be funny if they tried bringing that back and expanding upon it!
