hows blue losing i understand it looks more purple in promotional art but ingame its definetly blue

i should also say it heavily depends on the screen you're looking at AND the medium. some screens make the same hex colour look more vivid but in print it's usually gonna be a bit less so. lighter dark-blues and lighter purples also look a lot more alike than the deeper ones do

it as come to my attention that the second color of the game's main ink colors might be up for debate. some people (like me) see it as blue while others see it as purple. here is the box art for reference:

ik the s3 octoling amiibo says blue on it, but i have always seen it as purple, especially considering that there is already a yellow/blue ink color combo

deep cut's colors are completely separate from the game colors, like how squid sisters were green and pink, and off the hook was pink and turquoise.
