What level do you unlock the 96 Gal Deco?

I'm a level 6 and want to try the weapon does anyone know when I can buy it?

You unlock the .96 Gal Deco at level 14.
It costs 7,600 coins to purchase, and comes with the Splash wall as its Sub-weapon, and Kraken as its Special weapon.
