Well not here here, but yes.
People have been posting squad threads in the General Discussion area for now until there is a dedicated section.

Look through the threads and see if there's any squads you'd like to join, or make a new thread about one that you're creating yourself.

Yes, and i've already seen at least 4 threads exactly the same as this one. There is a search option. ;)
