If you think about it real hard X rank is kinda like Breaking Bad

You see your encouraged to "Cook" in X rank (Cook is what some splatoon players referred to as doing well in a match)

Walter and Jessie are encouraged to Cook but it's crystal meth instead

Also if you don't cook then it's "Goodbye Wultuh" and you're sent to low X power hell kinda like how Walter would probably get punished if he doesn't cook

I would like to build off this.

There's a scene where Jesse plans to kill 2 drug dealers. He approaches them outnumbered, only to be saved by Walt running them over. Walt then finishes one off with a headshot.

This scenario could have taken place in X rank for all we know. Player rushed into a 1v2 and got saved by teammate's reefslider. Teammate used the reef chip to finish the opponents off with his main weapon.
