l used this weapon to go from mid A+ back to S after a disastrous losing streak. l like it a lot.
lt feels like a far safer version of the regular Sploosh. Obviously the Kraken is a huge safety net that allows you to go in far more recklessly which is a perfect fit for this weapon but the point sensors also greatly contribute to it. They might not hurt directly but they tend to have a dissuasive effect on people, forcing them to move, often away from you. They make the prospect of invading enemy territory less daunting too, before you could only count on your movement and luck but now just throw a couple of point sensors into enemy ink and see who's hiding here.
l'm running tenacity, special charge up, run and swim speed up with this weapon and this works wonder.
