I've added a very brief overview of how to stream (or record) using OBS or similar software while running IkaLog with AmaRecTV. This is not yet a step-by-step guide, but experienced streamers should be able to use these tips to get their stream up and running. I'd be more than happy to add more details if anyone requests them!
