Shields Up: A Defensive Guide

I made the alignment centered for pretty purposes and I added some images, more will be added in the future. Removed Charger section as I felt it wasn't good and needed to be redone from scratch.

Added the weapons category and started the Shooters category. Things are slowly falling into place!

Added a self defense section. gg.

This is the starting version. And boy, does it suck. It is pretty much a draft until I have more time to figure stuff out later as I had accidentally posted it before it was done. Whoops.
