If -0.5 = +5 in Splatoon 2, does that mean a positive 0.5 sensitivity will be equivalent to a +6 (with 0 being a +5.5)? I guess I'm trying to get a sense of how the scale would work once I get my hands on the game, which will be awhile, but don't wanna spend to much time dialing down to my...

I have heard that the latency might be due to wifi issues in the Switch, so I would check your wifi connectivity to see if its strong enough, or if its disconnecting during gameplay. If its a single player game try airplane mode to see if the gyro controls are smoother.

The idea of older squids reminds me a bit of Digimon when the 1st gen digi-destined got older and became "mentors to the newer, younger Digital world travelers. I can see this approach applied to splatoon 2 as well, but in a more limited aspect as the squids who do turf war are the players, and...

Well, I'll be watching this one from the sidelines, squids. It'll be awhile until I obtain a switch myself, but I did attend the last one for Wii U. This is great that they're doing it again though; its a great hype builder. Hope everyone has fun out there. Stay fresh[er] in Splatoon 2!

If Splatoon 1 ever does die, it will respawn on the switch. I think the game is as alive as ever since fans are preparing for the upcoming sequel. It was probably the same way with the original Smash Bros.

I feel this way as well, its a little more edgy, and the arrangements I've heard from the switch event feel more "deeper"? with lots of bass and some more added synth thrown in. Its almost as if the overall style and tone of this game will be dipping its feet into the early to mid 00's of last...

King, eh. I'm on Champion currently. This may be one of the closest if not closest splatfest matchup to date; popularity on both sides mirrors on both sides,and no team seems to be completely held back by younger, less experienced players.

The matches have been very close. Even one match among the same team resulted in a .1% victory on our end.

Calling it a day for now. Might play later. I'm losing too much right now. :(

Not Bad. My win/loss ratio has been roughly 50/50 so far with a few close matches and some random defeats spread out around. Its been pretty intense; I've seen squids who have taken me out get taken out by my team and vice versa in the same frame before I respawn. :O Haha, I actually saw this...
