am so productive today, i finally looked into why the homepage of splashcat would take a while to load and removed some unnecessary database queries :3

fixing the very expensive part of splashcat, not by fixing it to not be stupid intensive to run, but by just running it less frequently. lol (i'll probably fix it eventually)
