For squiffer and bamboozler I go slightly less drastic. I use -2. If you can keep your shots steady and accurate at +5, I'd run with it, but for me decreasing the sensitivity definitely helps.
As a ref point, I use -1.5 for most shooters.
Use the scope. It's basically some free added range imo. As for the tunnel vision fear... Don't sit there fully charged. Charge while aimed at ground, flick, shoot and repeat.
A big factor with the charger is map awareness which takes practice... Doesn't matter scope or not (although no...
Assuming you use motion controls (which you should) Make sure to play with the camera sensitivity. Chargers typically require lower sensitivity to help with steady aiming. Mine is set at -3 and otherwise as others have said, start with splat charger and go from there
I can see how many of these could be applicable depending on play style.
Maybe it's just me, but imo swim speed is really important with this weapon. I would venture to say it is a lot more crucial than run speed and also makes ninja squid difficult to use with this weapon.
I like to...
I don't think it is.... With no sub saver (from a full tank) I can throw 1 bomb followed by 6 shots before coming up empty.
If I'm not squidding within 6 shots I probably need to adjust my playstyle imo.

I will for sure give bomb range up a go. Your description sounds really similar to how/what I would use for the custom range blaster. Do you strafe less because it kills in a single burst? So more re positioning between shots (like the range blaster)? I found the movement speed fairly...
Love this thing after the buff. It just takes practice to get the rhythm and the burst mech.
Accurate, quick kills, solid kit imo, good range, even good coverage... It's becoming difficult for me to find a reason not to main it.
Still trying to figure out gear for this thing. It seems like...
I think for RM & TC I'm more likely to go

I need my ink fast! :D
